Crestmoor is an exclusive neighborhood containing primarily Single Family homes. There is a mix of sprawling Ranches, Pop-Tops, New Construction toward the South end, and Classic Georgian, Tudors, and Colonials near the older North end. The North end contains a small enclave of roughly 100 homes known as Old Crestmoor.

The community is anchored by the wide-open Crestmoor Park which people frequent for walks, games, and other exercises. Residents of Crestmoor can also apply to the popular Crestmoor Community Association with access to the pool, tennis, and neighborhood center.

Crestmoor’s borders are recognized by Holly Street on the West, Alameda Avenue on the South, Monaco Boulevard on the East, and 6th Avenue on the North.
