The Denver Tech Center, or the DTC, as it’s widely known is a large swath of land located at I-25 and spanning both the west and east sides along and off of East Belleview Avenue. Over the years the name has come to loosely include I-25 to the south off of Orchard Road and Arapahoe Road. A few of the major tech companies include Comcast, Merrill Lynch, Oracle, Boeing and Zoom Media. This is a major hub for tech and business.

Among and near the many corporate buildings for these companies are several apartment and condo buildings plus single family residential homes. One of the other aspects making this a desirable place to live and work is the proximity of multiple Light Rail transportation lines. There are also countless restaurant/dining options throughout the area. Cherry Creek State Park and Reservoir are nearby – making walking, running, biking, boating and camping options within close reach.
